How to edit Application Form ?

Following are the steps to edit a form:
Visit ePravesh® website
Logged in with your registered email id and password by clicking on “sign in” tab
Go to “Application History”
Click on “Form Edit Request” link to send Request to edit your Form after the form submissionloggin-to-epravesh sign-in-with-registered-details form-edit-request
