Here are Steps of the Fee Collection Workflow

  1. You need to admit students after verification of academic credentials.
  2. After student is admitted, student need to make fee payment. There can be various criteria for it including category wise fee, quota wise fee, course wise fee. All such criterias can be designed in the system
  3. Student would get an email and sms about fee payment
  4. Student can login to the system and proceed to make fee payment
  5. Fee can be paid online or using challan of the institute
  6. In case of challan payment, student need to take printout of the challan and visit bank to deposit the amount and get stamp on challan
  7. Institute would get to know all statistics and reports related to fee collection
